Over the years I've written many articles for various publications that focus on the need for a change in the thinking within organizations. This is a collection of the best ones that I know you will enjoy and they will also help you squeeze some thinking juices. My experience in this area is real and vast! This is a relatively short book (46 print pages) packed with some mind stretching ideas on how to create breakthrough change.
Topics include the Whack-A-Mole Theory, creating the culture of curiosity, organizational tensegrety (aren't you just a little interested in knowing what this is?), how to reduce your organizational cholesterol, the role of humor, various metaphors for breakthrough change and much more.
I guarantee the ideas in this short book will challenge your thinking as to what is possible and that you'll also have some fun reading them. Why not have all the members of your team read this and use these ideas as a basis for discussing potential breakthrough?

Quotations are great tools for helping you change the way you think. I've been been an expert in creative thinking for over 40 years and this is my collection of my favorite quotes. You'll find your self laughing a lot, stretching your thinking and wondering just how you might use them to shape your own thinking. It also comes with an operating manual with lots of ideas on how to get the most from this expanded thinking and how to use these ideas for personal, group, team or family growth. If you want to give your thinking juices a squeeze and have some laughs along the way this is the book to keep by your side! It's not the biggest selection of quotations but it just may be the best!
I had so much fun putting this book together (it only took me about 30 years) and I never get sick of reading it myself. Whenever I need a mental boost I open this book and pick a few quotes to make me laugh and make me think. And I often find myself cutting and pasting these quotes into various messages and documents or pasting them to my signature. These quotations are the greatest! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

The day after I lost my wife of 40 years to Ovarian Cancer a huge rainbow surrounded my home. This, along with a number of other signs, inspired me to write this book. This book contains many remarkable stories of how those loved ones we have lost stay connected. Using my extensive background in creative thinking processes I put together an innovative guide of ideas to help people cope with their loss. In addition, about 30 others contributed their amazing true stories of signs they have received from those they have lost. You'll laugh, you'll cry and your spirit will be lifted to a new level.
Writing this book was a major factor in the recovery from my loss. But what makes me feel really great is the fact that this book and the presentations I've made to many groups have helped hundreds of people who have lost spouses and other loved ones. The stories contained in the book about how those we have loved and lost stay in touch with us are truly amazing. And the suggestions on how to survive the loss of your loved one come from someone who has been through it all and was able to put a creative spin on many of the issues that come from such a loss. I genuinely hope that reading this book is as helpful to you as writing it was to me. Recovering from the loss of a loved one is a difficult task but there is some light at the end of the tunnel. This book will help you find that light.

This was written a number of years ago but is still fun to read and the material is still quite powerful. If you write a review for any of my other books I will send you a copy for free. Just let me know ([email protected])
This may strike you as a rather weird assortment of books. When I write I just tend to pour my heart out on a topic that is on my mind. Writing makes me feel good and I sincerely hope reading my books makes you feel good.
